This Breathe Easy is a custom plan design with added features for this customer. The customer owns Erikorganics and is having this cabin built as a safe house when he travels for his business. In sheathing the cabin, all the screws had to be predrilled as the 16 gauge steel studs were harder than the screws used. We went through over 30 hardened steel bits doing the predrilling.
