Rhubarb Custard Pie
This is a secret family recipe of my mothers that was given to me a year ago. It is also my favorite pie!
2 Cups Rhubarb Cut Up
2 Only egg yokes
1 cup sugar
2T. Butter
2T. Flour
1Cup Milk
Dab of Salt
2 only egg whites beaten and folded in
Bake 45 minutes @ 350 degrees
Check with knife in the center of pie – knife should come out clean
